SVG single path cutout not rendering correctly

single path cutout (clockwise path with contained counter-clockwise path, or vice versa, nest infinitely) fails to render correctly.

Look at #137 for a boxinbox.svg test sample

    • State changed from “assigned” to “invalid”
    • Milestone order changed from “7” to “0”

    I ran this example in P5 and pjs and got the same results. Pomax verified. Setting to invalid.
